Tucked away in the Pacific Northwest is a little town called Vernonia; hidden beneath a veil of mist, surrounded by Douglas Fir trees, and home of axe men. It is an amazing community full of love, life, and laughter amongst friends and family. This is the community we call home.

We want to bring some of the same fundamentals we grew up on, to each event we are a part of. Hi there! My name is Jessica and I am the Owner and Lead Planner of Under the Veil. I discovered my passion for planning during my senior year of high school when I chose to job-shadow a family friend (an event planner) for my senior project. After graduation I went to the International Air and Hospitality Academy and earned a certificate in Hotel, Restaurant, and Event Management.
In 2015 I immediately jumped into the Portland wedding and event arena by becoming the Lead Venue Coordinator and Designer at NW Events and Environments. In 2018 I became the Sales Manager at Peter Corvallis Productions and am eager to further my experience in the wedding industry.

My style is romantic and whimsical, though being from a small town in the PNW I can't help but love the rustic chic vibe a beautiful farm table paired with lace and greenery gives.

Hello! My name is Nichole and I am the Co-Owner and Assistant Coordinator of Under the Veil. I am new to the industry but I am excited to grow into it and help you on your journey to have the event of a lifetime!

I too went to the International Air and Hospitality Academy but for the Air Hospitality Program. After my schooling I entered the industry by working Front Desk at the Holiday Inn.
I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family, as well as singing and playing guitar. I love to help others and I am a very outgoing and witty person!
